When customers report issues via QR codes, we collect the information they provide (name, phone number, issue description). We also collect usage data such as page views and feature usage to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the LintOps platform, communicate with you about your account, send relevant updates, and process payments. Customer-reported data is stored securely and only accessible to your organization.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure provided by Vercel and Neon (PostgreSQL). All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Telnyx for SMS notifications, and Vercel for hosting. Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may export your data or request account deletion by contacting us at hello@lintops.app.
