By accessing or using LintOps ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
LintOps is a cloud-based operations management platform for laundromat businesses. The Platform provides tools for issue tracking, machine management, inventory control, financial tracking, and customer communication.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
You agree not to misuse the Platform by attempting unauthorized access, transmitting malicious code, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. We do not sell your data. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Platform. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond our control.
LintOps is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hub Tech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users via email of any material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
